At the EGM held earlier at APRICOT, besides the Member adoption of the new DotAsia Articles (https://www.dot.asia/dotasia-members-adopt-new-articles-of-association/), the annual updates and Board Reports have already been presented.  You can refer to the recording and materials of the EGM at: https://www.dot.asia/dotasia-egm-2024-bangkok/.  DotAsia AGM 2024 will therefore be shorter than usual, and focus on reporting on the Board Election 2024 as well as for a resolution to re-appoint auditors.
